The English Education Resource Center (EERC) director and consultants are present to collaborate with teachers in discussing and resolving problems together.
We hold a workshop every month, not only to enhance communication among all Foreign English Teachers (FETs) but also to provide a welcoming space for teachers to discuss any issues they encounter at school.

On September 11, we held our first workshop of the semester, bringing everyone together for a wonderful start. We’re excited to welcome six new teachers to our team this term!
Today's workshop focused on planning for the upcoming City English Day. Teachers will be grouped into teams of 2-3 to design a game station that incorporates the themes of "Sports," "Sustainability," and "Health." This activity aims to blend elements of sports with the SDGs (Sustainable Development Goals), encouraging students not only to enhance their English skills but also to understand the importance of health and sustainability.
As a special treat, we’ve prepared traditional mooncakes for each teacher to celebrate the Mid-Autumn Festival and share a taste of Taiwan's unique culture. Wishing everyone a happy Mid-Autumn Festival!

City Day & Preparations
Chiayi City English Day is a special event organized by Chiayi City, inviting students from various schools to participate in challenges where only English is allowed.
The goal is to create a fully English-speaking environment, helping children grow through interactive games.
In the photo, you can see teachers setting up game stations for the event.
Each station is themed around a different sport, and the children must listen to the teachers' explanations, work as a team, and follow the rules to successfully complete each challenge!
