The English Education Resource Center (EERC) director and consultants are present to collaborate with teachers in discussing and resolving problems together.
We hold a workshop once a month in order to enhance communication among all Foreign English Teachers (FETs) and provide a welcoming space for teachers to discuss any issues they encounter at school.

On September 10, we held our first workshop of the semester, marking a wonderful start to the new academic term. We are also delighted to welcome several new teachers to our team, bringing fresh perspectives and energy to our program.
The focus of this workshop was the preparation for the upcoming Citywide English Day in December. Teachers were organized into teams of two to three members to design a music-themed game station. This initiative aims to provide students with an engaging platform to practice English through melody and rhythm, adding both creativity and vitality to the event.
We look forward to seeing the innovative activities our teachers will present and to another successful Citywide English Day that inspires students to learn English in fun and meaningful ways.

Citywide English Day & Preparations
Chiayi Citywide English Day is a special event organized by Chiayi City, inviting students from various schools to participate in challenges where only English is allowed.
The goal is to create a fully English-speaking environment, helping children grow through interactive games.
In the photo, you can see teachers setting up game stations for the event.
Each station is themed around a different sport, and the children must follow teachers' directions, work as a team, and follow the rules to successfully complete each challenge!

Teacher Training
<Understanding Special-Needs Students with a Psychologist’s Insight>
Recognizing and understanding special-needs students—and learning how to interact effectively with them—are essential skills for every teacher.
Today, we were honored to have Clinical Psychologist Chou Cheng-Tzu as our guest speaker. She guided our foreign teachers to gain deeper insight into how to connect with special-needs students, encourage them, and support their learning.
Throughout the session, the teachers were highly engaged, actively interacting with the speaker. Through discussion and feedback, both sides exchanged valuable experiences and insights.
