Recognizing this, Chiayi city government collaborate with the Ministry of Education, introducing the Foreign English Teachers Program. This program is designed to equip Taiwanese children with a solid English foundation from an early age.
Chiayi city has took the initiative by bringing native English-speaking teachers to enriches students’ learning experiences. The program emphasizes the development of comprehensive English skills—reading, writing, speaking, and listening—ensuring students are well-prepared to navigate a globalized future. Chiayi city aims to nurture confident, capable, and globally-minded young learners through this program.
